Who Should Apply

We are looking for engineering students who demonstrate leadership potential, academic excellence, and a strong desire to impact the college. Whether you are a first-year student looking to get involved or a junior with established experience, we welcome applicants from all engineering disciplines.

Candidate Expectations

  • —Attend the New Member Retreat
  • —Complete the Leadership Foundations track
  • —Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • —Participate in at least one committee

Active Member Expectations

  • —Attend bi-weekly GBMs
  • —Participate in a flagship event
  • —Mentor junior members
  • —Represent ELC professionally
